Speed Up My Metabolism
10 top ways to speed up my metabolism.
The more I speed up my metabolism, the more my energy levels rise and the more weight I lose naturally.
If you are like the rest of us, your busy schedule could use an extra 15 hours a day, and you still wouldn’t be able get everything done.
You think you exercise properly and eat properly, but you still seem to feel tired and run down a lot of the time.
If only there was a sure fire way to gain a constant flow of energy and speed up my metabolism.
I would find myself getting much more done and that would be a lot more productive over all.
Producing a constant flow of energy.
(1) The first thing to remember is to always eat breakfast.
Believe it or not, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
This meal provides all the necessary energy to keep you going through out the day.
This is why most breakfast meals include a lot of protein, as proteins take longer to digest and help provide more energy for longer.
(2) Eating smaller meals more often.
This causes my body to speed up my metabolism giving me more energy.
(3) Take some time to practice breathing a lot deeper than you normally would.
Maybe try for 2 or 3 five minute sessions of deep relaxed breaths over the course of the day.
Tiredness is a sign that the cells in your body are not receiving enough oxygen.
Rejuvenate your blood cells by giving them the air they need.
(4) Make sure that you are getting good enough nutrition from the foods you eat.
Your cells need the right amount of nutrients and vitamins in order to continue functioning properly. My advice is to do a little reading up on good nutritional foods.
(5) Eat more high energy foods.
Foods such as (sugar free) popcorn, low fat cheese, milk, yogurt, beans, eggs, poultry, lean meat, and many others that you will discover through a little research will help give you that daily boost you need in order to keep going strong.
(6) Drink fruit juices regularly.
Especially all natural juices which can help significantly improve your energy levels.
They are bursting with natural sugars that are good for us and give us that little boost when we need it.
(7) Hydrate yourself regularly.
I speed up my metabolism with water, which is not only essential for our basic survival, but also for our energy levels.
The better hydrated we are, the easier it is for salts, electrical impulses, and other necessary nutrients to pass through our body.
(8) Avoid caffeine.
I know there is a lot of hype about caffeine.
However it only gives us a short burst of energy and then burns us out. It is better to use the natural solutions provided here instead of coffee or red bull.
(9) Make sure that you are getting the proper amount of vitamins.
Vitamin C, E, B6 and B12 are great to help me speed up my metabolism, good for my health, as well as energy levels and wellbeing in general. They can be found in oranges, almonds, peanuts, pecans, and other fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
But if you have to, take vitamin supplements to make up for what you lack in your diet.
(10) Have your iron levels checked.
Again if you must, take a supplement for this.
Iron is essential for our energy levels and often times is the main cause of sluggishness or tiredness.
Well, those are some basic daily things I can do formyself in order to produce more energy, avoid being so tired all the time and speed up my metabolism.
Maybe it is possible to add 15 extra hours to the day, or at least make it feel like we have.
