2.    Strength Training .
Try to get 1-3 sessions a week of weight lifting, and total body strength training. A day of rest between each strength training attempt is recommended. Replace all bad lifestyle habits and food choices with their healthier alternatives. The aim is to eat, but eat healthier, sticking to as natural a diet as possible.

4.    Portion Sizes .
It has been proved that 4-5 smaller meals a day are better than two or three larger ones for losing fat. They keep one full for longer, reducing or even eliminating the urge to binge. Additionally, reduce your portion sizes – often you will come to realize that you pile on the food, and therefore the pounds, when you do not pay attention to how much you are putting on your plate. Most of the time you will not even be hungry for that second or third helping, but because of bad habits will still help yourself to it. Just don’t! Make a smaller plateful last, chew each bite thoroughly, and enjoy the food instead of asking yourself what you will eat next.

5.   Water .
There’s nothing like water to help energize and rejuvenate your body. Have it all day long – between meals, before, after and with meals, first thing in the day and last thing before going to bed. Hydrate yourself well for full-body cleansing. That will make you feel fuller for longer, which will help in reducing the overall fat deposits, and therefore, lose fat arms too.
